Those are al Google IP's for some kind of proxy server.
In the meantime if you would download your access logs for that time frame. From there I can only provide directions for Notepad++ but open the access log file and using the search dialog box switch to mark tab. Put check next to "bookmark line". Search for IP's and it will bookmark all the lines with those IPS'. Once they are marked on the menu bar click Search>> Bookmark >> Remove non bookmarked lines. This will produce concise list of all activity from those IP's.

Unless you are using such a service that is strange indeed. Doing a quick test trying to login anonymously to example.com/adm/ redirects to index page and it's listed as index page in Who is online List. Off the top of my head if the redirection is ignored by the client perhaps it might still show them as being in the ACP.
