It seems weird but it looks like I can post a Google Docs or Google Sheets or Google drawing & they are shown as embedded files like a YouTube video.
So I can load them & make changes to my Google stuff external to phpBB & that gets updated in my forum post without me even logging into the forum ? LOL
I know it is an awkward way to do it but works if needed
